This product is applicable for feeding medium which has the following properties:
High solid content (diameter of the biggest particle is 50mm) or no solid content
Medium with all viscosities (1mPas~3,000,000mPas)
Medium that is easy to be generated and swelled
Shearing sensitive medium
Medium with erosion
Medium with/without self lubrication
Erosive medium (PH=0~14)

Rotor
From friction and erosion resist metal rotor to no damage pottery rotor
Stator  
Stator material is formed in steel pipe, the two ends are sealed and the inner cavity is made of kinds of spring rubber materials and plastics. A horn structure is taken at the stator entrance for flowing the medium conveniently.
Driving System
Through a coupling mandril with universal joints at ends, driving shaft and extension shaft will pass power to rotor.
Large Flow And High Pressure
Flow range: 0.2m3/h-200m3/h
The highest pressure range reaches 18bar.
Pump Suction Chamber And Extraction Body
Exit and entrance are designed according to Germany DIN standard and international standard, in flange form or thread form which is easy for liquid flowing, and the inner cavity is made of cast iron, NiCr steel, stainless steel, rubber lining cast iron and other special materials.

A same driving part can be matching with four different designed rotors/stators to provide you a best application scheme.
Widely Material Selection
For the purpose of different application in fields, different metal materials can be selected from cast iron, NiCr steel to acid resisting material, Hastelloy alloy, and titanium alloy. Spring materials which are friction, oil, acid and alkali resisting can be selected such as natural rubber, NBR, EPR, and fluoro rubber. For strong erosion medium, pottery or plastics can be selected. When spring material cannot be selected for the reason of high temperature or the medium has some chemical elements, hard material stator or rigid stator can be selected.
Multi Axial Seal Forms
As per customers requirement, mechanical seals from single end surface mechanical seal (with/without rapid cooling), double end surface mechanical seal (back-to-back and series mechanical seal) to diaphragm seal; also packing seal, water loop seal and special seal can be selected. For toxicity hazard medium, non-leakage magnetic drive can be provided.
